After coming off hormonal birth control three years ago, I dealt with PMS, mood swings, unpredictable periods, breakouts, debilitating cramps, and no matter how much I moved by body, my weight wouldn’t budge.
When I started paying attention to the phases of my cycle and how my hormones fluctuated through each one, it was like a switch flipped. The more I embraced and treated each phase like a new adventure, the more connected to and at peace I felt with my body.
I created this self study course to give you THE solution to kissing PMS good-bye, having super easy periods (like, not even know when it's coming unless you're tracking) and feeling completely in harmony with your body and its natural signals.
